these obsessive thoughts are slowly killing me. what to do to prevent symptoms, what to do once you already have the symptoms. what should i eat? is working out good or bad? how should i sleep? how should i prepare for every moment of the day?
i just found out i had this thing and already it’s tired the fuck out of me.
